Below you will find our office policies including detailed information about our office hours, new patient procedures, appointment scheduling, emergency protocols, and payment policies to ensure a smooth and efficient experience at our practice.
Office Hours
Our office is open during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
We understand the importance of convenience and strive to accommodate our patients’ schedules as best as possible within these hours.
New Patients
We are excited to welcome new patients to SoCal MD + Aesthetics. To ensure we provide the best possible service from your first visit, new patients are required to complete a Patient Information and Medical History Form prior to their appointment. These forms can be:
- Mailed or faxed to you upon request.
- Downloaded directly from our website.
Completing these forms in advance allows us to better understand your medical history and current health needs, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized care plan.
Appointments
All visits to our office are scheduled by appointment to ensure that each patient receives the necessary time and attention. Appointments can be made by:
- Calling our office: (714) 770-0098 during office hours.
- Requesting an appointment online.
We make every effort to offer the earliest possible appointment and minimize waiting times. However, please be aware that emergencies may cause occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as far in advance as possible to accommodate other patients.
Emergencies
For medical emergencies, please contact us immediately:
- Office Phone: (714) 770-0098 (answered by our answering service after hours).
If the office is closed, our answering service will notify one of our medical providers, who will return your call as soon as possible. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately.
Payment
Payment is requested at the time of service. If your insurance involves a deductible and/or co-payment, we will collect it during your visit and bill your insurance directly. Please note that ultimate financial responsibility rests with the patient.
Insurance and Payment Policies
- Accepted Insurance: We accept all PPO insurance plans and Medicare.
- Not Accepted: We do not currently accept HMO plans.
If your insurance does not pay within 30 days, you will receive a statement for the balance due, payable within ten days of receipt. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to verify payment or pay the balance yourself. If timely payment is not made, please arrange a payment plan with our Credit Manager. We understand that unexpected circumstances such as prolonged illness or unemployment may arise, and we are willing to accommodate special arrangements when necessary. If no payment or arrangements are made within 90 days, collection proceedings will begin.
Aesthetic treatments are cash-pay only services, due at time of treatment, and no insurance is accepted.
